This isn't just a new logo or colour scheme. We've brought all our products together under one connected Reapit brand - designed to help you work smarter, move faster and get more out of the Reapit experience.

Whether you're a sales agent, property manager or running the whole show, this rebrand reflects who Reapit is today - and where we're heading next.

Why we've rebranded

Using different platforms for different parts of your agency can get messy. That's why we've brought everything together under one brand.

For our current customers, it means more consistency across the board - and a fresh new look and feel.

For our future customers, it means you're choosing a platform that's built for scale, with innovation at its core.

And by uniting our products under one name and identity, we're making it easier to:

And most importantly? It all just works better - together.

What's changing

As part of our commitment to giving our customers the best possible experience, we’ve brought our products together under one Reapit brand.

This rebrand comes with more than just new names - it includes a refreshed visual identity across the board. You'll notice:

• New product names that reflect how everything fits together
• Updated product icons and colour palettes for a modern, unified look
• Simplified mobile app names to match the core product family.

Here's how the product name are changing:

• Agentbox -> Reapit Sales‍
• Console Cloud -> Reapit PM ‍
• InspectRealEstate -> Reapit Lettings ‍
• Agentbox Websites -> Reapit Websites

And on mobile:

• Console Go -> Reapit PM ‍
• Agentbox mobile app -> Reapit Sales‍
• Mobile ROL -> Reapit Viewings

These changes are designed to help you move between tools with ease - and make it even easier to understand the role each one plays in your agency's workflow.

A select number of Reapit system features have also changed, like:

• IRE BDM -> Lettings BDM
• Agentbox Proposals -> Reapit Proposals

What's staying the same

While the names and visuals are getting a makeover, your day-to-day won't be disrupted.

You'll still:

• Be able to access your system the same way
• Access the same features
• Have the same data and settings
• Navigate the platforms just as you always have
• Get help from the same support contacts
• Keep your current pricing and subscriptions

This rebrand is about clarity, not disruption.

Some other Reapit products, like Move Me In and our other consumer-facing apps and portals (i.e. Console Pay, Console Tenant App, Console Owner Portal, 2Apply, etc.) are not being rebranded at this stage.

What are the benefits for Reapit customers?

What to expect during the transition

Rebrand changes will be introduced gradually to reduce the risk of disruption for our customers. Resources like Knowledge Bases will be updated to reflect the new product names over time.

We're rolling out the new brand gradually to keep things smooth and disruption-free.

Here's what's happening:

• New names and icons should be present in your systems today, but for other resource like the pages of our websites, this will appear over time.
• Knowledge Bases and support resources will be updated in stages to reflect new names.
• You will notice that the product names on your invoice/s will also change over time.
• You don't need to do anything - we're taking care of the transition so you can stay focused on your business.
