Once your case is handed over to our Onboarding Team, you’ll receive a call within one business day. During this call, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process, gather your requirements, and get a clear understanding of your transition to Reapit software.
After this, the Onboarding Team will share a tailored project plan with confirmed key dates. If data migration is required, it will take place next. Once your system is ready, we’ll hand it over to you for launch. If training is part of your plan, it will be scheduled to follow your system launch.
There is no typical length for implementation, as each client is different and has has unique requirements. Time to implementation is also heavily dependent on the Reapit product you are onboarding to, and if applicable, the platform you are migrating from, as many require significant data migration.
The most important part of a software implementation is preparing your team for change! Other than this, we ask you to engage with your training and extra resources, prepare processes for change management and plan for some disruption as you get back to business as usual following your implementation.
Whether training is included with your software implementation is dependent on your product during sign-up.
You will have a project contact throughout your implementation as your point of contact, and you will also be given access to our library of training and support resources.
If applicable, training will directly follow your implementation. You will then be introduced to our Support Team who will be your point of call for any issues you may face moving forward with your new software.
We follow a standard implementation process to ensure we set you up for success and eliminate as much risk as possible, but we do work closely with you to understand your needs and wants.
