Reapit Product updates
New attendee search is now rolling out in Reapit Sales Mobile
You can now add custom Contact Classes to multiple contacts at once in Advanced Search, Buyer Match and Prospective Buyer. This makes it easier to organise your database when you’re working with a group of contacts, without updating each record individually.
Bulk adding custom Contact Classes is available to all users in these areas. Users with the existing Bulk Update Contacts permission can also perform bulk contact updates in Prospective Buyer, extending that capability to another workflow.

We've introduced RAI-powered image analysis to the Reapit PM App, helping property managers complete entry and exit inspections faster.
The AI automatically analyses inspection photos and suggests descriptive notes, reducing manual data entry while supporting more consistent reporting.

We've enhanced the Vacate Workflow to help property managers manage break leases and tenancy terminations more efficiently.
You can now flag a tenancy as a break lease or record a termination date, automatically triggering the Vacate Workflow so the tenancy can be managed through a structured end-of-tenancy process.
- Flag a tenancy as a break lease and optionally record a break lease date
- Record a tenancy termination date directly within the tenancy record
- Automatically trigger the Vacate Workflow when a break lease or termination is recorded
- Keep all vacate-related actions and progress managed in one workflow
Important: Rent calculations continue until a vacate date is entered

- Expanded onboarding for individual applicants
- Enhanced PEPs and sanctions reviewsBetter alignment with Victorian notice period requirements
