Reapit Forms from Lease Renewals

Lease agreements that build themselves from renewal data

Lease renewals just got smoother with Reapit Forms, with several updates designed to reduce admin and improve clarity:

  • Lease agreements now build themselves - proposed renewal details flow straight into the agreement, keeping everything aligned with your PM data and cutting out duplicate entry.
  • Flexible SMS reminders - schedule agreement reminder notifications exactly how you want, including frequency, time of day and automatic cut‑off before the link expires.
  • Let Only Agreements now supported - tailor agreements for owner‑managed tenancies with owner payment details, optional owner signatures and reduced agency info.
  • Redacted Agreement PDFs - every completed agreement now generates both a full version and a privacy‑friendly redacted version without tenant contact details.

Reapit Forms requires a Reapit PM Premium + Reapit Lettings subscription.

Reapit PM Duplicate Transaction Protection in Bulk Receipting

New duplicate transaction protection in Bulk Receipting

The new Duplicate Transaction Check adds an extra layer of protection to bulk receipting by automatically scanning uploaded bank statements for transactions that may already exist in the system.

When enabled, the feature compares each incoming line against five key criteria: date, type, amount, reference and description, flagging potential duplicates before they’re imported. Users receive a clear confirmation prompt, giving finance and operations teams full control over whether to proceed.

This reduces reconciliation errors, prevents accidental double‑processing and strengthens data integrity for agencies handling high‑volume bank transactions.

Prospective Buyer Finance & Investor Flags coming soon

Prospective Buyer Finance & Investor Flags coming soon

Coming soon, Reapit Sales will automatically update prospective buyer records based on information provided through enquiries from REA and Domain.

When an REA enquiry includes pre-approved finance, the Finance flag will be updated automatically. When a Domain enquiry identifies the buyer as an investor, the Investor flag will also be applied automatically.

This enhancement will reduce manual data entry, keep buyer information up to date, and make it easier to identify finance-ready buyers and investors for prospecting and follow-up.

Title: Easily add tenant contact details to your emails

Easily add tenant contact details to your emails

The new Full Tenant List fields make compliance automation smarter and more reliable by automatically inserting properly formatted tenant contact details into your email templates.

Two new fields, {{tenantListWithMobile}} and {{tenantListWithContactDetails}}, found under the Compliance group, pull in tenant names along with mobile numbers and email addresses using mobile‑first selection and intelligent fallback.

Missing details are handled gracefully with friendly placeholders, preventing broken templates and removing the need for manual data entry. This update gives compliance and operations teams cleaner, more consistent communications and simplifies high‑volume tenant‑related workflows.

Users can confirm required tenant and property details, receipt bond funds directly against the tenancy, and lodge up to 50 bond payments per disbursement.

The system automatically generates all required files, including bank files, summaries and NZ Bonds remittance, ensuring accurate, compliant lodgement every time.
