That's why we've introduced two enhancements to Reapit Forms. You can now create lease agreements directly from the Lease Renewal Workflow in Reapit PM and automate tenant follow-ups with custom recurring SMS reminders. Together, these updates help reduce administration, minimise delays and keep renewals progressing with less effort from your team.

More flexibility and privacy for lease agreements

You can now create Let Only Agreements that allow owner-specific details and signing options, while completed agreements will now automatically generate a second PDF with tenant contact information redacted for safer sharing and record keeping.

Victorian 2Apply Rental Application Form Updates

We've made two final updates to the Victorian 2Apply Rental Application form to ensure continued alignment with the latest Victorian rental legislation and the prescribed application form requirements.

The optional free-text "About Me" section has been removed from the Victorian application form, as it is not included in the prescribed form requirements. Also, the existing Bank Statement document type has been renamed to Bank statement (without transaction details) to align with the terminology used in the Victorian prescribed application form.
