What Reapit modules do I need to use Forms?

Reapit Forms requires you to use Reapit PM Premium and Reapit Lettings.

How much does Reapit Forms cost?

It’s included with your subscription, so there is no extra cost for Reapit Forms, aside from SMS charges.

Do we need a DocuSign subscription for digital signing?

No, digital signing is natively part of Reapit Forms - there are no extra subscriptions required.

Can we add our own special conditions, defaults, etc. to the form?

Yes - as part of setting up Reapit Forms, you’ll be able to add your own Special Conditions, documents, and other defaults that you can choose from and send to the tenant along with your lease agreement.

Are there user limits per account?

No - all users that are added to your Reapit PM system are also present in your Reapit Forms account. You can activate those users in Reapit Forms and control their level of access (i.e. administrator or agent) within your User Settings in Forms.

Are the forms compliant with my state’s legislation?

Yes - our residential lease agreement forms for Queensland and New South Wales are fully compliant with current legislation, ensuring agencies only request what is legally allowed. As we to other Australian states and even New Zealand, keeping forms up to date with local laws remains a top priority.
