Evolve ’25 recap: One platform. Endless possibilities.
Catch up on all the biggest announcements from Evolve ’25 – including ReapitOne, Golden Profile, RAI, Analytics+, TrustIQ and more. See how unified tech is reshaping real estate.
If there’s one thing that stood out at Evolve ’25, it’s this: real estate’s future isn’t about more tools. It’s about one platform that connects them all.
On 6th November, hundreds of agencies tuned in to see what’s next for Reapit – and the message was clear. The disconnected way agencies have worked for the past decade is breaking down, and those ready to unify their systems are already feeling the difference.
So, if you missed the event (or just want the cliff notes), here’s the highlight reel.
ReapitOne: The power of one view
Reapit’s Chief Product Officer, Matt McGown, opened with a dose of honestly.
The industry is tougher than ever – margins are tight, regulation’s rising and competitions fierce. And yet, most agencies are still switching between different systems that don’t talk to each other.
The result? Less admin, cleaner data, and a complete picture of every relationship – what we call the Golden Profile.
That unified foundation also unlocks something bigger: the future of AI in real estate.
Golden Profile: Seeing your clients clearly
If you’ve ever struggled to track who owns what, or whether a contact is both a landlord and a buyer, this one’s for you.
The Golden Profile brings together your Sales and PM data into a single contact record, showing every sale, lease, tenancy and interaction you’ve had with a client.
The new Talking Points Report builds on that – pulling context, performance stats, and property insights so you can walk into every meeting ready to act.
It’s not just handy, it’s agency gold.
Golden Profile is now live for customers using both Reapit Sales Premium and Reapit PM Premium on application.
Reapit AI (RAI): From buzzword to business tool
AI isn’t exactly new news, but useful AI? That’s a different story.
RAI, built inside ReapitOne, learns from your agency’s own data – not random internet guesses.
It reflects your tone, your clients, and how you actually work.
The first glimpse came through maintenance workflows, where RAI will help property managers prioritise, prevent duplication, and automate repetitive tasks.
The first iteration of RAI lands in 2026, but early access registration is already open.
Cross-system workflows: Less friction, more flow
The next updates showed how data moves across modules automatically – no more double entry.
Here’s what that looks like inaction:
Reapit Forms lets you create and send digital lease agreements that auto-fill up to 90% of the details.
Automatic tenancy creation in Reapit PM when an application is approved in Reapit Lettings.
BDM → PM lead sync, so new managements are ready to go with no duplicates.
Referrals, now responsible for a massive $1.86 billion in potential commissions passed between Reapit Sales and Reapit PM since March.
Move Me In, our independent connection service, has already paid over $23 million in referral commissions to agencies.
It’s all proof that when your tools connect, your teams (and your revenue) do too.
Analytics+: Clarity where it counts
Data got its moment, and rightly so.
Analytics+ for Reapit Sales now includes 4 new reports – Group KPI, Campaign Activity, Projects and Calls Report – plus a new Pulse dashboard that flags performance changes automatically.
On the property management side, Analytics+ Central gives PMs a high-level view of their rent roll, maintenance, and financials, while the Activity Planner keeps everyone on top of inspections, vacates and renewals.
There’s even a Custom Enterprise Report for agencies running large portfolios or social housing programs.
Every report can now be scheduled and delivered as a PDF straight to your team’s inbox – perfect for those who’d rather check insights over coffee than log in first.
The face lift: Fresh interfaces and faster navigation
If you’ve logged into Reapit Sales lately, you might have noticed a cleaner, simpler design.
The new layout swaps icons for clear tabs, brings Live Chat support front and centre, and adds a quick-access App Switcher to hop between modules in one click.
Reapit Lettings also got attention, with brand-new grids and tables that let you customise columns and save your own views.
And let’s not forget the little touches – like being able to send email or SMS straight from the Reapit PM app or upload files directly to the Owner Portal.
They sound small, but they’ll save you hours each week.
TrustIQ: Goodbye end-of-month stress
This one got a big applause.
TrustIQ is Reapit’s new trust accounting solution that automates receipting, reconciliation and disbursements – so agencies can finally stop spending weekends balancing ledgers.
It’s built into Reapit PM, fully compliant with every state’s requirements, and includes instant payment notifications.
Early access opens early 2026.
Compliance updates: Prepared for what’s coming next
If you’ve been following Australia’s AML/CTF Tranche 2 reforms, you’ll know change is coming. From July 2026, sales agents will be officially classed as “reporting entities.”
Reapit’s building a dedicated verification and risk-assessment solution directly into Reapit Sales – complete with KYC (know your customer) checks, audit logs, and office-wide risk views.
Alongside that, updates to prescribed tenancy forms for QLD, SA, VIC and NSW are already underway in 2Apply and Reapit Lettings, keeping agencies compliant without the paperwork panic.
Training and support: Learning built-in
Between new features and refreshed interfaces, Reapit’s training team has been busy too.
The Reapit Sales Academy now has single sign-on and on-demand learning paths, while monthly webinars keep users across every module up to speed.
Live Chat is now active across Sales, PM and Lettings – and on average, issues are solved 3 times faster than by phone.
Not bad, right?
What’s next?
As Matt wrapped up the event, he said it best:
“Evolve isn’t just a release. It’s a signal of where we’re heading – and how we’ll help agencies grow with us.”
Next stop? Ascend ’26, where we’ll see the next phase of AI, trust accounting and compliance solutions come to life.
Until then, you can watch the replay or explore the Evolve resources hub to dive deeper into each feature.
