The South Australian Government is introducing significant changes to rental laws, including the rollout of a prescribed state-wide rental application form. To stay compliant, rental applications will need to align with this updated form.
The updated Form A1 was officially released on 1 September 2025, with a grace period until 1 January 2026. This provides time to transition smoothly, but some changes are not covered by the grace period.
We understand that regulatory changes can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. This blog will be regularly updated as new information becomes available.
