At our Global Reapit Product Release event in late 2024, Elevate ’24, we unveiled exciting updates to help your simplify your tenant applications workflows. Among these were two powerful ways to complete Tenant Checks directly within InspectRealEstate: Essential and Comprehensive Checks.

A few weeks ago, we introduced Essential Checks, designed to provide a quick identity verification without the need—or cost—of a full rental history review. This feature has already helped many of our customers save time during the application process.

Now, we’re excited to announce that Comprehensive Checks are also officially live in InspectRealEstate, just in time for your busiest season!

What are Comprehensive Checks?

With Comprehensive Checks, you can access an all-inclusive evaluation of potential tenants, including:

• A full Equifax National Tenancy Database search
• ID verification
• Verification of an applicant’s previous address
• Screening against government watchlists

This robust feature is designed to give you and your landlords peace of mind, while ensuring your workflow stays efficient.

How to get started

Before you can access Comprehensive Checks, make sure you’ve accepted the new Tenant Check Terms and Conditions:

1. Go to Settings
2. Navigate to Applications > General > Tenant Database Checks > Tenancy Checks
3. Accept the terms

Once that’s done, you’re all set to begin using Comprehensive Checks!
