Does Console Cloud have an inbound emails feature?

Yes, our Conversations feature allows you to link your existing Gmail or Outlook account with Console Cloud. Then, we will automatically import emails from known contacts into your system.

What emails are stored in Console Cloud?

Any emails received from Contact, Owner, Tenant, or Creditor cards are automatically marked as relevant to your office. These emails will be imported from your Gmail or Outlook inbox and displayed in the Conversations tab and within the respective timeline of the sender.

What communication channels are supported in the system?

SMS and email, both in and outbound, are fully supported on our Property Management system.

How does the system handle communication history?

Communications are organised into a timeline connected to the property and its relevant contacts (i.e. owners, tenants, etc.).
