Every reply is saved on the matching contact as an enquiry, tagged as written by Voqo, so your agents see the full conversation without switching systems. When a contact opts out, Voqo sets Do not SMS on that contact and changes nothing else.
AI Receptionist, 24/7
Voqo answers and qualifies calls around the clock, using live listing data to answer buyer questions. Each call is logged back to the contact, the same way as SMS replies.
You Stay in Control
Each agency chooses whether Voqo can write back to Reapit Sales, and can start with a read-only connection. Data is hosted in Australia, and Voqo never sells customer data.
